Accessibility statement

Last updated 5 September 2026

Our commitment

GL Plus, LLC sells accessible software. It would be indefensible for our own website not to meet the standard we ask our clients to meet, so this site is built to it from its first version rather than audited into shape later.

The standard we target

This website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, which is the standard referenced by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.

Current conformance

We believe this site is substantially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Automated accessibility checks run on every change and the build fails if a violation is introduced. Automated testing cannot catch everything, and this site has not yet had an independent audit by a third party — so we describe it as substantially, not fully, conformant.

What we have done

Every page declares its language so screen readers pronounce it correctly. Colour contrast meets the 4.5:1 ratio for body text. Every interactive control is reachable and operable by keyboard and shows a visible focus ring. Images carry meaningful alternative text, or are marked decorative where they add nothing. Interactive targets are at least 44 by 44 pixels. The site respects a reduced-motion preference.

Known limitations

Our capability statement is published as a PDF and has not yet been remediated for screen-reader use. If you need its contents in an accessible format, email us and we will send it to you in one.

Reporting a barrier

If any part of this site prevents you from doing what you came to do, tell us at support@glplusllc.com or on 704-727-6772. Please describe the page and what went wrong.

Our response commitment

We will acknowledge your report within two business days and tell you what we intend to do about it, and by when. If a fix will take time, we will offer another way to get what you needed in the meantime.
